Yeah feeling really good this week, energy is up and cravings have been much easier to manage. Think the higher protein is helping a lot.

Struggling a bit this week to be honest. Energy has been really low, especially before the gym. I am getting there but I feel like I am dragging myself through the workouts rather than pushing like I was a couple of weeks ago.

Food has been a bit all over the place as well. I have been sticking to calories mostly but I have had a couple of days where I have gone over, nothing crazy but enough where I feel like it might slow things down.

Steps have dropped as well. I have probably only been hitting around 7 to 8 thousand instead of the 10k target. Again, just been busy and not really planning it properly.

Quick update, I have moved the table like you said and it definitely looks better. I was a bit unsure about spacing before but now it feels a lot more open. Just need to finish the balloon arch and final touches tomorrow morning.

So I have checked the alignment again and it looks like it is slightly off tolerance on the left side. It is not major but if we leave it, it could cause issues when we connect the next section. I think best option is to realign it now while access is clear rather than coming back later.

I have the full conversation saved from when we agreed the terms. Nothing was changed after that point and I have timestamps for everything.

The other party is claiming the price was different but that is not what was said in the chat. I have screenshots as well but the voice messages are the clearest part — we literally discussed the amount on a call and followed up in writing the same day.

I just want to make sure everything is documented properly so there is no ambiguity if this goes further.

Just to summarise the call — she has four years in logistics, mentioned she managed a team of eight and reduced delivery lead times by about 20 percent in her last role.

She is currently at notice period stage so availability is around six weeks. Salary expectation is in line with the band. She seemed genuinely interested in the team structure and asked good questions about the roadmap.
