When we will make it right — and how to reach us if something went wrong.

If your payment succeeded but your export failed or was incomplete due to a fault on our side, we will fix it — either by reprocessing your export or issuing a full refund. Just get in touch.

Our refund policy

ChronoChat Pro is a one-time payment of £4.99 per export. Because the export is generated digitally and delivery begins immediately after payment, refunds are generally not offered once your export has been successfully generated and made available for download.

However, we take technical failures seriously. If something goes wrong on our side, we will make it right without any hassle.

Processing failed

You paid but processing never completed, or completed with an error. Your export was not made available.

Empty or broken output

Your PDF was generated but is empty, missing most content, or clearly incomplete due to a system fault.

Generally not eligible

Successful export

Your export was generated correctly and made available for download. Digital goods once delivered are not refundable.

Change of mind

You chose the wrong plan or decided you do not need the export after payment. We recommend trying Free first.


How to request a refund

If your export failed due to an error on our side, contact us with:

— The email address you used during checkout (if applicable)
— A brief description of what went wrong
— The error message you saw, if any

We aim to respond within one business day and will resolve billing issues as a priority.


Stripe disputes

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you initiated a dispute or chargeback through your bank, please also reach out to us directly so we can resolve it promptly without the dispute process.
