ChronoChat is a web application that converts WhatsApp chat exports into structured PDF documents. It is provided on an "as is" basis.
ChronoChat is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta, or any messaging platform. It is an independent third-party tool.
Free plan: Available to anyone, no payment required. Generates a PDF of text messages, timestamps, and sender names. Photos, videos, and voice notes are shown as placeholders.
Pro plan: A one-time payment of £4.99 per export, processed by Stripe. Unlocks photos embedded in the PDF, videos bundled in a ZIP, and voice note transcription. Pro processing begins after payment confirmation and typically completes within 1–3 minutes depending on export size.
Pro plan payments are charged at the point of checkout, before processing begins. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details never reach ChronoChat's servers.
By completing payment, you authorise a one-time charge of £4.99. No recurring charges or subscriptions are created.
Because exports are generated digitally and delivery is immediate, refunds are generally not available once your export has been successfully generated and made available for download.
If your export failed due to a technical error on our side — for example, processing did not complete, or the output was empty or corrupted — please contact us. We will investigate and either reprocess your export or issue a refund.

ChronoChat reserves the right to refuse or block access in cases of abuse, without prior notice.
ChronoChat processes chat exports as it receives them. Output accuracy depends on the format and quality of the export file.
Voice note transcription is performed by OpenAI Whisper and is provided as-is. Transcription may not be 100% accurate for all accents, languages, or audio quality levels.
ChronoChat does not guarantee that all WhatsApp export formats will be supported. If your export cannot be processed, you will receive an error message rather than an incorrect output.
ChronoChat is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ChronoChat and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of this service.
In no event will ChronoChat's liability exceed the amount paid for the export that gave rise to the claim.
