Struggling a bit this week to be honest. Energy has been really low, especially before the gym. I am getting there but I feel like I am dragging myself through the workouts rather than pushing like I was a couple of weeks ago.
Food has been a bit all over the place as well. I have been sticking to calories mostly but I have had a couple of days where I have gone over, nothing crazy but enough where I feel like it might slow things down. I think it is more just routine being off because of work.
Steps have dropped as well. I have probably only been hitting around 7 to 8 thousand instead of the 10k target. Again, just been busy and not really planning it properly.
Training wise, strength is holding mostly but I feel weaker on some lifts, especially pressing movements. Legs still feel okay but upper body is definitely taking a hit.
Also struggling a bit with what to eat before training. I am going in feeling flat and I am not sure if I need more carbs or if I am just overthinking it.
Just want to make sure I am still on track and not messing this up.
